The family of a woman who died in a plane crash three years ago have finally settled their suit against American Airlines.

The crash occurred in Kirksville, MO, and the family is blaming the airlines for the wrongful death of their loved one.

American Airlines Accused

Rada Bronson, 60, was flying from Los Angeles to St. Louis and caught a connecting flight in between in Kirksville in October 2004.

According to the family's attorneys, Bronson was on her way to visit her daughter and grandson.

The family is accusing American Airlines and the company that was operating the plane, Corporate Airlines, for being negligent and careless.

Commuter Crash

Bronson was one of 13 passengers on the plane when it crashed while trying to land in the small town of Kirksville.

Only two passengers survived the accident with minor injuries.
